Our goal at SurfLifeImages is that you are completely satisfied with your fine art purchase. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of fine art photography prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or color variation due to monitor calibration differences.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our secure checkout. All transactions are processed in US Dollars.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRINTS
We stand behind the quality of every print we produce. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace and reship your order at no cost to you.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at surflifeimages@gmail.com

You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Damage must be the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage — not mishandling after delivery
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement print will be produced and shipped. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or defective orders — replacements only.
4. PRINT MATERIALS & QUALITY
All prints are produced using museum-quality materials:

Metal prints — aluminum substrate with archival inks

Acrylic prints — face-mounted under high-clarity acrylic

Archival paper prints — printed on acid-free, archival-grade paper
Each print is inspected for quality before shipment. Minor variations in color from on-screen previews are normal and do not constitute a defect.
5. LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Limited edition prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances except manufacturing defect or shipping damage as described in Section 3. Each limited edition is signed, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at surflifeimages@gmail.com with your order number.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All prints are produced to order. Estimated timeframes:

Production: 5–10 business days

Domestic shipping (US): 3–7 business days after production

International shipping (Costa Rica and other destinations): 7–21 business days after production
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. SurfLifeImages is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
8. LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at surflifeimages@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
